Electronic government in public administration

The article is devoted to the study of electronic governance in public administration.The clarifies essence information and communication technologies process development administration. Attention drawn fact that, thanks technologies, there has been a transition new form organization activities authorities, as well qualitatively level efficiency ease obtaining services by organizations citizens.It noted that an important role this aspect given between citizens authorities.Approaches defining concept “electronic governance” are considered.
